EPISODE SEGMENTS
A&E (4:49) Season 10 of Hoarders consisted of five two hour episodes. I was responsible for various acts in three of the episodes. Working with six other editors we took individual segments from string-outs through rough to fine cut.
El Rey (7:50) The weapons of Africa was my main episode. I was responsible for the edit, requesting possible stock footage and stills, spotting and writing VO, determining which expert clips to use, and music selection. I worked on string-outs through rough and fine cuts to hand off to finish editors.
Animal Planet (2:16) The lives of people surviving in arctic conditions is revealed. I built segments from 1st rough to fine cut, and assembled and timed segments for delivery. In addition to cutting segments, I was also responsible for show opens and act teases.

Speed (4:42) Using host wraps shot in studio, with CGI and location footage, Hollywood stunts are explained and performed. I cut segments from string-out to fine cut and also assembled episodes for finish editors.

History (1:46) I cut segments from string-out to fine cut using interviews and process footage to show competing teams building custom motorcycles.
Discovery Channel (7:40) I edited segments for episode 16, “Your Body on Drugs.” I worked on string-outs through rough and fine cuts to hand off to assembly editors.
Nat Geo (2:50) Using actual video of near death experiences along with CGI and stock footage, we showed how people survived a brush with death. I built segments from string-outs to fine cut, and assembled episodes for finish editors.
TLC (2:01) I worked on the first season taking segments from string-out to fine cut, to hand off to finish editors. The show told the stories of survivors of tragedy. Using actual footage and stills shot by bystanders, I built the story filling in the holes with recre and stock footage.

ABC (:15) I cut promos from string-out to fine cut using movie clips, footage from the episode, and custom promo bites recorded on set.

PITCH, SIZZLE & CASTING REELS
Housebroken (:52) A show pitch based on the format of "The Dog Whisper" featuring celebrities and their naughty pets. This reel is a short sample of the longer piece. I took this sizzle reel from raw footage to delivery. I was responsible for editing, writing VO, sound mixing, and color correction.
The Tony Dinero Story (1:16) This mini doc was created to pitch the story of Tony Dinero's life as the subject of a feature length doc. This reel is a short sample of the longer piece. I took this project from raw footage to delivery. I was responsible for editing, writing VO, motion graphics, sound mixing, and color correction.
The Boiler Room (2:46) A show based on the format of "Shark Tank" with contestants pitching restaurant ideas to investors. I took this casting reel from raw footage to delivery. I was responsible for editing, sound mixing, graphics, and color correction.
Odom (1:45) This mini doc was created to pitch the story of Lamar Odom's life as the subject of a feature length doc. This reel is a short sample of the longer piece. I took this project from raw footage to delivery. I was responsible for editing, motion graphics, sound mixing, and color correction.
Clever (1:52) A science based game show with contestants guessing on the outcome of explosive experiments. I cut this sizzle using footage from the foreign version of the show. I was also responsible for sound editing and mixing, as well as titles, motion graphics, and color correction.
Ghost Town (5:11) A follow doc about a haunted Arizona town, with strange happenings and stranger locals. As with most development work, I cut this reality pitch from string-out to delivery. I was also responsible for titles and motion graphic work, as well as sound mixing and color correction.
